THIS CONTEST IS OFFERED ONLY IN THE FIFTY (50) STATES OF THE U.S. AND D.C.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Contest Description: The Medallion Mystery Search (“Contest”) begins at 11:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 06, 2009, and ends at 11:00:00 a.m. on August 3, 2009 (“Contest Period”). This Contest is a clue solving game in which contestants will be asked to solve clues to reveal the locations of the medallions (“Medallions”) which are hidden throughout “Ultimate Movie Site” (“UMS”) located at www.ultimatemoviesite.com (“Web Site”) for the opportunity to win prizes. This Contest consists of one (1) game for each weekday for a total of twenty (20) daily games (“Daily Game”) and four (4) weekly games (“Weekly Game”) throughout the Contest Period. Each Daily Game may consist of one (1) to five (5) movie-related clues (“Clues”) and each Clue will lead to a separate Medallion. Each Weekly Game consists of the five (5) Daily Games that take place Monday – Friday for that week, however a contestant can solve clues and locate Medallions for each Daily Game up until the answers to the Clues are revealed online the following Monday at 11:00 a.m. PT. Subject to verification of eligibility, a prize will be awarded to the first person who successfully solves the Clues and locates the corresponding Medallions for a Daily Game and a prize will be awarded to the first person who successfully solves the Clues and locates the corresponding Medallions for all Daily Games covered by a Weekly Game.
2. Eligibility: This Contest is only open to permanent legal residents of 50 states of the United States (and the District of Columbia) who are physically located and residing therein (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions) who are 13 years of age or older as of date of entry.Entrants must also have either a valid social security number and/or a valid U.S. personal tax identification number. Employees, officers, and directors of Ultimate Movie Site, LLC (“Sponsor”), Contest administrator, each of the entities’ advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in production, development, implementation or handling of this Contest, and any agents acting for the above entities, and their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, prize suppliers, or any other person or entity associated with this Contest (collectively, “Contest Entities”) and members of the immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether related or not are ineligible to enter this Contest.
3. How to Participate: To participate in this Contest, you must first (i) become a registered member of UMS, (ii) visit the Clue Page (defined in section (ii) below) and then (iii) solve Clues and find the corresponding Medallions.
   1. MEMBERSHIP: To become a member of UMS, access the Web Site and become a registered member by completing and submitting the registration form which is located at http://www.ultimatemoviesite.com/users/register (registration is free). Information required on the registration form consists of contestant’s email address, username, password, date of birth, correctly typing two shown coded words (for security purposes), agreeing to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and clicking on the “Sign Up” button. All required registration information must be completed in full. After you have successfully registered, you will be able to save your personal progress and be eligible for prizes. Contestants can only register to become a UMS member and participate in this Contest under one (1) username and one (1) email address.  Once an email address has been registered by a contestant, that email address and corresponding username cannot be used by any other person at UMS. Only the contestant registered under a particular email address with UMS may participate in this Contest. Username must not contain or depict any objectionable, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, sexually-explicit, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or vulgar language and must be otherwise fit for publication/posting/uploading, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
   2. CLUE PAGE: Any person who visits UMS can see the Clues on the clue home page (“Clue Page”), however only registered UMS members will be able to save his/her progress and keep a record of any and all Medallion(s) he/she has personally located. If you are not a registered UMS member, you can become one for free (see section 3(i)). If you are not a registered UMS member, any participation in the Contest (i.e. solving clues and/or locating a Medallion) will result in a non-play and will eliminate your ability to be a potential Daily Game Winner, Daily Game Player or a Weekly Game Winner (all of which are defined below in section 3 (iii)). Additionally if you are not a registered UMS member, your ability to earn points and trophies that are independent of this Contest will also be eliminated. The number of Clues for each Daily Game may vary from one (1) to five (5) and will be published to the Clue Page at 11:00 a.m. PT each weekday of the week. Every Clue will direct contestants to the location of a corresponding Medallion. For example if a Daily Game contains two (2) Clues, both will lead to two (2) separate Medallions or if a Daily Game contains three (3) Clues, then each will lead to three (3) separate Medallions. The Clue Page displays the most current day’s Clues at the top. A new set of Clues will be added to the Clue Page each day and the preceding day’s Clues will also remain on the Clue Page. Every Monday at 11:00:00 a.m. PT during the Contest Period, the answers to the previous week’s Daily Game Clues will be revealed on the Web Site. Once the answers are revealed to the public, contestants can no longer solve the Clues and find their corresponding Medallion(s) for the opportunity to win a prize in this Contest for that applicable Weekly Game.  However, contestants may still solve Clues and locate Medallions for points and trophies that can be earned on the site independent of this Contest.
   3. SOLVING CLUES AND FINDING MEDALLIONS: The answer to a Clue will direct contestants to a web page within UMS where the search for that Clue’s corresponding Medallion can begin. Answers to Clues only point contestants in the general direction of where the Medallion associated with a particular Clue will have been placed within UMS. For example, a series of Clues for every Daily Game will result in a movie-related answer or location that can be found on UMS’ web site (i.e. name of a movie, actor, actress, director, producer, etc.). After solving the Clue, a contestant would then navigate to a web page on UMS (i.e. the page of the movie, actor, actress, director, or producer, etc.) that was the answer to the Clue. Each page on UMS contains various clickable topics (i.e. actors from a film, Ultimate Credits, reviews, news and gossip, member buzz, Collector’s Shelf, Movie Degrees, recommendations, etc.,) which contestants can click on and follow in their search for a particular Medallion associated with a particular Daily Game’s Clue. Contestants who locate the Medallion associated with a particular Daily Game’s Clue must click on the Medallion (“Tag”) to claim it (“Claim”) or the contestant will not receive credit on the Clue Page for having found a Medallion. In order for a contestant to win a Daily Game, he/she must locate all the Medallions associated with that day’s Clues. Daily Game Winner: The first contestant to solve all of a particular Daily Game’s Clues and Tag the corresponding Medallions for each Clue (“Daily Game Winner”) will receive the following message: Congratulations! You’re the first to collect all of the Movie Medallions corresponding to the clues for today. You’ll need to fill out a short Winner Claim Form so that we can verify your eligibility and give you details related to your prize. Claim Your Prize. Failure to submit Prize Claim Information will result in the loss of your potential winning status (subject to verification) and the prize will not be awarded to you. Even though a contestant may be the Daily Game Winner, other contestants may still solve Clues and locate Medallion(s) for points and trophies that can be earned on the site independent of this Contest for the applicable Weekly Game. Daily Game Player: Contestants can solve a Clue anytime during the applicable entry period, but only the first person to solve the Clue(s) and Tag the corresponding Medallions for a particular Daily Game will be eligible to win a prize. Each contestant who solves a particular Daily Game’s Clue and Tags the corresponding Medallion for that Clue but IS NOT THE FIRST to do so (“Daily Game Player”), will receive the following message: Congratulations – You found a Movie Medallion! You have been awarded 10 points. Hurry back to the Medallion Mystery Search page and solve the clues that will lead you to the remaining Movie Medallions. If a contestant successfully Tags all Medallion(s) for a Daily Game and they have already been Tagged first by the Daily Game Winner, he/she will receive the following message: Congratulations! You’ve collected all of the Movie Medallions corresponding to the clues for today. You’ve been awarded 250 points for completing the day’s game. Done. If a contestant locates a Medallion and is not logged into his/her account or is not a registered UMS member, he/she will receive the following message: Congratulations – you found a Movie Medallion! You must be a registered Ultimate Movie Site member and logged in order to collect Movie Medallions and compete for prizes. Ultimate Movie Site Members Log In and Play: Log In and Play. Weekly Game Winner: The first contestant to solve all five (5) Daily Game Clues and Tag each of the corresponding Medallions for that particular week will receive the following message: Congratulations! You’re the first to collect all of the Movie Medallions corresponding to the clues for this week’s game. You’ll need to fill out a short Winner Claim Form so that we can verify your eligibility and give you details related to your prize. Claim Your Prize. Failure to submit Prize Claim Information will result in the loss of your potential winning status (subject to verification) and the prize will not be awarded to you.
   Limit one (1) Daily Game Play per person/email address per Daily Game however a contestant’s Daily Game Play does not have to take place on the exact day when Clues are revealed (i.e. a contestant can solve and look for Monday’s Clues and Medallions on any day of that week before the answers to that week’s Clues are revealed at 11:00 a.m. PT on the following Monday. Limit five (5) Daily Game Plays per person/email address per Weekly Game. If a contestant is from a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to entering or submitting any personally identifiable information. In the event of a tie whereby two or more contestants Tag and/or Claim a Medallion simultaneously, the Sponsor will use fair and equitable procedures to determine the winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Proof of delivery or receipt of a Tag or Claim will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of entry or a successful Tag or Claim.  Any attempted form of participation other than as described herein is void. Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for all purposes of this Contest.
4. Prizes: There are up to twenty (20) Daily Game prizes (one (1) per weekday) and up to four (4) Weekly Game prizes (one (1) per week) throughout the entire Contest Period. Each Daily Game prize for the first ten (10) Daily Games of the Contest consists of one (1) iTunes gift card valued at $15 and each Daily Game prize for the last ten (10) Daily Games of the Contest consists of one (1) iTunes gift card valued at $25 (each, a “Daily Prize”). Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all Daily Prizes: up to $400. Each Weekly Game prize consists of one (1) 40GB Apple TV (“Weekly Prize”). Total ARV of each Weekly Prize: $229. Total ARV of all Weekly Prizes: up to $916. Total ARV of all prizes: up to $1,316. Gift cards cannot be exchanged/redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer and is subject to stated terms and conditions.If a potential winner does not supply their Prize Claim Information as described in section 3 (iii) above, if he/she is found to be ineligible, he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, and/or his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified, and, the contestant who solved the Clue(s) and Tagged the Medallion(s) the second fastest may be deemed the alternate potential winner (at Sponsor’s sole discretion). Winner is solely responsible for all costs, incidentals, any required installation or requested product upgrades/options and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included. Limit one (1) Daily Prize per person/email address for the entire Contest Period. Limit one (1) Weekly Prize per person/email address for the entire Contest Period. If a winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for any prize, except that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability for any reason. Any depictions of prizes are for illustrative purposes only. All expenses not specifically mentioned as being included are excluded and are each winner’s sole responsibility. All federal, state, or other taxes (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of each winner. Prizes will be mailed/shipped to the address provided by the contestants in the Prize Claim Information within the 50 states of the U.S. and D.C. only. If no contestant solves the Clue(s) and/or Tags the Medallion associated with that particular Clue for a given Daily Game by the end of the corresponding Weekly Game, the prize for that Daily Game will not be awarded. If for a particular Weekly Game, there is no winner for one (1) or more of the corresponding Daily Games, the prize for that Weekly Game will not be awarded. Contest administrator is not the supplier or guarantor of any prize(s).
5. Winner Announcement: Each winner will be notified online as soon as he/she completes the activity that determined his/her winning status (e.g., if when he/she solved the Clue and Tagged the corresponding Medallion for a given Daily Game, he/she was the first person to do so, he/she would be notified that he/she won the prize for that Daily Game, subject to verification of eligibility). The winner’s username will be posted on the Web Site. Contestants can also check the Clue Page to see if they won. Any username which contains or depicts any objectionable, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, vulgar, racially or ethnically-motivated material, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, will not be publicly posted.
6. General Conditions: This Contest is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state and local laws and regulations (collectively “Rules and Laws”). By entering Contest, contestants agree to all of the following: (i) to be bound by these Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects; (ii) to indemnify and hold harmless the Contest Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from participation; (iii) to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Contest Entities; and (iv) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Official Rules. Any personal information supplied by winners to Sponsor or its affiliates will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and terms of service posted at: http://www.ultimatemoviesite.com/users/policy. However, Sponsor will not provide any personally identifying information of minors, regardless of its source, to any third party without the express written consent of contestant’s parent/legal guardian. Except where prohibited by law and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, a contestant’s acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for the Contest Entities to use such winner’s or contestant’s name, address (city and state), photo, likeness, biographical information, statement and voice for advertising/publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media (including posting on Web Site), in perpetuity, without further notice to or compensation in connection with said Contest or Prize awarded. If contestant is a minor, Sponsor will use his/hers’ parent or legal guardian’s name, address (city and state), photo, likeness, biographical information, statement and voice for the above mentioned purposes. Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with Contest will be prosecuted and is not eligible for prizes of any kind. Contestants who are found to be revealing the location of Medallions are subject to disqualification. If, for any reason, this Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this Contest or any portion(s) thereof and award the prizes in a manner that is fair and equitable. In case of a dispute over the identity of a contestant who submitted a winning Tag or Claim, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with that UMS Membership will be deemed the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Said owner must comply with these Official Rules and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account.
7. Disclaimers: Contest Entities are not responsible or liable for multiple participation attempts  that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for participation attempts and Prize Claim Information that is illegible, late, tampered with, forged, incomplete, misdirected, lost, misplaced, stolen, destroyed or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, and all such Contest Entries will be disqualified. By entering this Contest, contestants agree and acknowledges that the Contest Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in this Contest; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry/UMS member information; acceptance/possession, defects, use/misuse and/or defects of any prize(s) awarded herein; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, internet service provider; interruption or inability to access this Contest or any web site or online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to contestants (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of this contest; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, including, but not limited to ambiguous Clues and/or Medallion locations and/or disputes over solutions to Clues, even if caused by the negligence of any one or more of the Contest Entities. Contestants further acknowledge that said Contest Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with a Prize. iTunes and Apple TV are registered trademarks of Apple Inc. Apple Inc. has in no way endorsed this Contest or any Ultimate Movie Site, LLC product. The failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.
8. ARBITRATION / WAIVER OF INJUNCTIVE RELIEF / GOVERNING LAW: BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT ANY CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, ITS ENFORCEMENT, ARBITRABILITY OR INTERPRETATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION, TO BE HELD IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, BEFORE A SINGLE ARBITRATOR, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CALIFORNIA CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE §§ 1280 ET SEQ. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE SELECTED BY MUTUAL AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES OR, IF THE PARTIES CANNOT AGREE, THEN BY SELECTING AN ARBITRATOR FROM A LIST OF ARBITRATORS SUPPLIED BY JAMS (JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES). IF THE PARTIES STILL CANNOT AGREE ON AN ARBITRATOR, THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE APPOINTED BY JAMS. THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE A CONFIDENTIAL PROCEEDING, CLOSED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL ISSUE A WRITTEN OPINION STATING THE ESSENTIAL FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS UPON WHICH THE ARBITRATOR’S AWARD IS BASED. THE PARTIES WILL SHARE EQUALLY IN PAYMENT OF THE ARBITRATOR’S FEES AND ARBITRATION EXPENSES AND ANY OTHER COSTS UNIQUE TO THE ARBITRATION HEARING (RECOGNIZING THAT EACH SIDE BEARS ITS OWN DEPOSITION, WITNESS, EXPERT AND ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND OTHER EXPENSES TO THE SAME EXTENT AS IF THE MATTER WERE BEING HEARD IN COURT). NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, THE ARBITRATOR MAY REQUIRE THAT SUCH FEES BE BORNE IN SUCH OTHER MANNER AS THE ARBITRATOR DETERMINES IS REQUIRED IN ORDER FOR THIS ARBITRATION CLAUSE TO BE ENFORCEABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
9. Rules/Winners List: For a copy of these Official Rules or the winners list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Medallion Mystery Search “Rules”/”Winners List” (specify which), P.O. Box 6493, Burbank, CA 91510. All requests must be received by October 5, 2009. These Official Rules will also be available on the Web Site during the Contest Period. The username of each winner will also be posted on the Web Site.
